(OTP) from Zeppelin Express LLC for the purposes of account

registration and login authentication.

Message types: We send one-time verification codes and login

authentication codes only. No marketing messages will be sent.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your

account activity.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your

mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any

message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive

a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages

will be sent.

Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at the

email below.

Data sharing: Your phone number and SMS consent will not be

shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered

messages.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials on our platform are the property of

Zeppelin Express LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual

property laws.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeppelin Express LLC

shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or

consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes

acceptance of the new Terms.
